Modern Homes was established as one of the real estate development companies specialized in the projects set by the Ministry of Housing in line with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. The aim of the company is to provide adequate housing solutions for Saudi citizens belonging any of social and economic class. Soon our company managed to earn the trust of the Ministry, establishing numerous projects in different areas in the Kingdom, which exceeded more than 4000 housing units. We likewise earned the trust of the beneficiaries of the ministry's programs and the funding bodies.

an Integrated housing program covering the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
