Shortly the company was able to earn the trust of Ministry of Housing. As it established many projects in different regions in the Kingdom, which exceeded 4000 housing units in total. The company also gained the trust of the beneficiaries of the Ministry's programs in addition to the trust of the financers.

Mr.Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Muhareb - Vice President and Managing DirectorMr. Abdullah Al Muhareb has a long experience of 15 years in real estate investment and development he worked for five years at KSB Capital as a Real Estate Fund Manager and for 3 years as the Chief Executive Officer of Watheeq Financial Consulting. Mr. Abdullah Al Muhareb is also a co-founder of Watheeq company for Financial Services, and one of the founders of Manazel Modern Homes.
